My Invoices

My Invoices is designed to help you save invoice images, PDF files, warranty dates, folders, notes, and related invoice details on your device.

Information We Collect

My Invoices does not collect personal information on external servers.

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Invoice names
• Purchase dates
• Warranty end dates
• Notes
• Folder names
• Invoice images
• PDF attachments
• Store, product, price, and order details if you choose to enter them
• Reminder preferences

How Your Data Is Stored

Your invoice data and attachments are stored locally on your device inside the app's private storage.

The app does not create an online account, does not upload your invoices to a server, and does not sync your data with a cloud service.

Backups

The app includes backup export and restore features.

When you export a backup, the app creates a ZIP file containing your invoice data and attachments. You choose where to save or share that file using the iOS share sheet.

The app does not receive, upload, or monitor exported backup files.

Camera and Photo Library

The app may ask for access to the camera to capture invoice photos, and to the photo library so you can choose or save invoice images.

These permissions are used only for the features you request inside the app.

Notifications

The app may request permission to send local notifications to remind you before warranty expiration dates.

Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. The app does not send notification data to any server.

Sharing

When you share an invoice or backup, the app uses the iOS share sheet. You control the destination, such as saving to Files, sending by message, or sharing through another app.

Third-Party Services

My Invoices does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or external backend services.

Data Deletion

You can delete invoices, attachments, folders, and backups from within the app or from your device storage where applicable.

Deleting the app from your device removes the app's locally stored data, unless you previously exported a backup file and saved it elsewhere.

Children's Privacy

My Invoices is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
